Home Pros must understand and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• The goal of The Home Pro Hub is to create a community of highly rated and highly reputable service providers in and around Morris County NJ. This network will serve as a community of home services providers that refers each other business. Maven Roofing & Exteriors LLC + Amanda Veinott are the owners of The Home Pro Hub.
• In no way, shape, or form does becoming a member of The Home Pro Hub make you a W2 employee or a 1099 contractor with Maven Roofing & Exteriors LLC. You are 100% responsible for your own business, insurance, employees, etc whether a lead comes through The Home Pro Hub or not.
• In no way, shape, or form can liability be placed on Maven Roofing & Exteriors LLC or Amanda Veinott for any work you perform on behalf of a lead provided by Maven or by Amanda.
• As of 11/14/2023, there is currently no payment required to be part of the Home Pro Hub. The way that THPH is able to continue operating without payment from the member companies is that referrals are generated to Maven Roofing & Exteriors in lieu of charging any sort of membership fee. You understand that this can and may change in the future as the needs of The Home Pro Hub change/expand/grow as the network changes/expands/grows.
• The explicit expectation is that every member company will refer Maven Roofing & Exteriors for roof replacements. It is not required that you exclusively refer Maven, but it is required that you do refer Maven at the same time as referring another roofing company if another company is referred. Referral channels are any social/digital referral channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor and any non-digital channels such as networking events or in-person meetings with clients. If this expectation is not met, a member company will be removed from our network. It's the only way we can offer this service and organization.
• There is currently no hard and fast rule for referral quantities but there has to be a willingness on the part of the Home Pro to make a concerted effort to refer Maven for roof replacements. Ex: if we provide a painter with 10 referrals and that painter has provided us with zero, this is not a beneficial relationship and that member will have their membership revoked.
• There are no guarantees that a Home Pro will receive referrals from other member companies but the expectation is that other Home Pros should want to refer other member companies. It makes our network stronger and more valuable overall.
• It is our commitment that as long as Home Pros refer Maven, Maven will refer the Home Pros. We cannot guarantee that you will win the business but we are committed to ensuring you have leads coming your way as long as you help refer business our way.
• If at any time customers have a negative experience - either perceived or actual - with any Home Pro member, THPH, Maven, or Amanda Veinott reserves the right to revoke membership to The Home Pro Hub. 
• A Home Pro must have a 4.2 star rating or higher on Google to maintain membership. In the future, we may increase this threshold to 4.5 stars so please start trying to increase your 5 star reviews if you are between 4.2 and 4.4 stars.
• A Home Pro must be willing to have Amanda Veinott call and speak with previous clients, which have to be verifiable as actual clients (ex: it can't just be someone who is a friend of yours; the person has to be a homeowner that you've done actual work for), if the Home Pro is not someone known to Amanda.
• A Home Pro must have a dedicated person at the company who can handle the leads given in a very timely fashion - less than 2 hours after the referral is made if it's made between 8am and 4pm M-F and by the next business day if the referral is made between 4:01pm Friday and anytime on Saturday or Sunday. If leads are not responded to at this degree of timeliness, a member may have their membership revoked.
• A Home Pro must turn around estimates in a very timely fashion. In most cases, an estimate should be turned around within 72 hours after meeting with a homeowner. If this is not realistic, please let Amanda know ASAP so that different expectations can be relayed to the person we are referring.
• A Home Pro must notify Amanda immediately if they are not able to handle additional leads/new business. We would rather you push pause temporarily than not be able to provide 5-star service to every customer we refer.
• Any additional Terms & Conditions are subject to be added or any current Terms & Conditions are subject to modification. Any changes will be required to be read and signed off on by member companies.
• No other roofing companies are allowed to become members of The Home Pro Hub. If your company provides roofing services as part of your overall repertoire of services, but it's a very small amount of your business, please reach out to have a conversation with Amanda.
